Companies often find themselves in situations where their Finance & Accounting organization is in transition or their requirements do not necessitate a full-time, experienced CFO. TPP will fulfill the ‘C-level’ Finance & Accounting leadership role within your organization.
If you need an experienced CFO, but only on a part-time basis, TPP's fractional model is the flexibility you need. Our CFO will work in partnership your Senior Management team to provide the necessary executive F&A leadership, guidance and support.
If your company requires an experienced CFO for a defined, temporary time period, TPP's interim model is the flexibility you need. This model provides you an experienced CFO on a full-time basis, typically for a period of 3 - 9 months.
