Greg Taylor focuses primarily on the implementation of IT governance capabilities - especially project and portfolio management (PPM) solutions. Greg has in-depth experience in using Strategic Sourcing to leverage resources; implementing effective Project Management Offices; managing priorities using IT Portfolio Management; integrating acquired organizations through Merger and Acquisitions activities; reducing risk by employing Project Management Maturity and Performance Assessments and aligning IT within the business through focused Strategic Planning.
 

In establishing Project Management Offices (PMO), Greg has implemented Solution Lifecycle Delivery Processes integrated with Six Sigma techniques (VoC, QFD, MGP), including project prioritization/ approval, project estimating, tollgate reviews and project dashboard reporting.
 

As a Program Manager for several M&A acquisition projects, Greg has led the integration of both business applications and IT infrastructure. He has also developed Service Level Agreement (SLA) processes and metrics used to complete selective outsourcing agreements.
 

To measure operational costs, Greg has completed Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) benchmarks. He has implemented SOX 404 Application and General Computer Controls. Greg's career includes implementing various programs for Welch's, The Gillette Company, the Oracle Corporation, MCI Communications and the Eastman Kodak Company.
 

Greg is PMP-certified by the Project Management Institute and CMC-certified by the Institute of Management Consultants. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and a Masters Certificate in Project Management.
