Jane Tsuang focuses primarily on rescuing technology projects that are in trouble. Through her in-depth experience and knowledge of project and portfolio management skills in a variety of industries, she has been the go-to person for many organizations when encountered with a project-at-risk or undertaking a challenging complex project. Jane has saved and right-tracked many projects and followed through with implementing IT governance capabilities using IT Portfolio Management and effective Project Management Offices to ensure continued project success.

For over 25 years, Jane has managed teams and programs in a wide variety of competencies including enterprise integration, systems implementation, developing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) establishing Project Management Office (PMO), process efficiencies and design, data warehouse and executive dashboard, and outsourcing and offshoring. She has successfully completed significant projects with each of her previous organizations.

As a Program Manager for several Merger & Acquisition efforts, Jane has led the integrations for both business applications and IT infrastructure. She has developed an Integration 'cookbook' outlining immediate activities, short-term goals and end state targets. Jane was instrumental in analyzing and tracking committed synergy savings in several integration projects.

Prior to joining TPP, Jane was the SVP of Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Applications at Stream Global Services, responsible for all strategic initiatives planning, development, and implementation involving diverse scope and extremely complex business problems across multiple functions and geographic locations. She developed overall project plans, managed numerous teams, monitored milestones, resolved conflicts and issues to ensure project success. In addition to Stream, Jane has led technology projects for 3Com, CMGi/ModusLink, Fidelity Investments, BankBoston, and Deloitte & Touche Consulting.

Jane is PMP-certified by the Project Management Institute. She holds an MBA in Finance and International business from the University of Maryland, a BS in Psychology from Tufts University and a BA in Music from New England Conservatory. In addition to English, Jane is also fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and Taiwanese and has worked extensively in Asia in the past 10 years.
