John Larkin is a co-founder of TPP Global Services. He has over 30 years of experience in IT and General Management roles in industry and in professional services companies. John’s client activities focus on the Office of the CIO, working with the IT Leadership across all aspects of leveraging IT within the enterprise. The core of his practice is completing IT Strategic Assessments, developing IT Strategies and building long term roadmaps to implement these IT Strategies.

Prior to co-founding TPP, John was a Regional Vice President in the Consulting Division of ORACLE Corporation. In his six years with ORACLE, he managed Application and Technology Practices covering diverse industries including Life Sciences, Biotech, Software, Business Services, Hi Tech Manufacturing and the Public Sector.

Before joining ORACLE, John was Vice President of Information Technology for Millipore Corporation,(now Millipore Sigma, a division of Merck KGaA) then a leading provider of separation and purification technology solutions to the Pharmaceutical and Microelectronics Industries. His career at Millipore spanned sixteen years incorporating global IT Management, Financial Management, and General Management roles. John started his career with Deloitte consulting.

John is certified as a CPA in New York, as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, and graduated from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa.
