Mike Blanford has over 25 years helping businesses in engineered product and services markets improve their operations. Combining technology, process and organizational change Mike helps businesses ranging from start-ups to large international businesses streamline their supply chain and production processes, improve customer service and boost profitability.

Prior to joining TPP Mike has held senior leadership roles in Information Technology, Manufacturing and Materials Management with companies including General Electric, Ametek and Thermo Fisher Scientific. In these roles Mike delivered solutions to improve top and bottom line performance by reducing inventory, cutting cycle times, boosting service levels and increasing on-time delivery performance to lower operating costs and improve operating effectiveness.

Mike holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University. He is also certified in project management (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
