Margaret is a seasoned infrastructure and application project manager. She is experienced in telecommunications, networks, contact centers, strategic planning, cloud voice solutions, application and network operations. Having worked in large global companies across the BPO, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Health Care, and Computer industries, she brings deep experience with PCI, PHI, PII, and HIPAA guidelines.
She has managed large infrastructure projects including O365 migrations, server upgrades, SD-WAN, data center relocations, and cloud voice installations with MS Teams, Ring Central, and NICE — as well as application development for PCI-compliant credit card processing.
Prior to joining TPP, Margaret was a Director for a BPO, managing high-visibility global infrastructure projects. She was also the Network Director for the largest insurance company in Central Massachusetts, leading a team of 35 for voice and data daily operations across more than 20 sites.
