Life Sciences

From early-stage Biotech through commercial Pharma, our Partners have led IT through discovery, clinical trials, manufacturing, and launch. Manufacturing

Our manufacturing clients run lean operations where IT and OT meet — production systems, ERP and MES, supply chain platforms, and increasingly connected products. The challenges are practical: legacy systems that can't be easily replaced, cybersecurity exposure across plants and partners, expanding regulatory pressure (CMMC, ITAR, customer-driven SOC 2 / ISO 27001 expectations), and figuring out where AI actually moves the needle in production, quality, and engineering. Our Partners have stood up the IT and security programs to support all of it.

Asset Management

We work with private equity, venture capital, credit, and asset management firms — and with their portfolio companies. The IT and security stakes are high: LP and regulator expectations (SEC cybersecurity rules, SOC 2 / ISO 27001, DDQs from institutional LPs), sensitive deal data, and the demands of running a small but high-performing back office.
